LESSON POLICIES

"Your First Lesson about Horses and Ponies..."
...They do not leave town for vacations or business trips like we do!

The policies outlined below are designed to help us keep a predictable schedule. This is necessary and allows us to properly care for our Horses and Ponies on a daily basis and throughout the year.

  1. Lesson Packages are scheduled and paid for at the first of each month for that month.
  2. Your lesson times are guaranteed when you purchase any Package, however we require a minimum of once-a-week lessons to qualify as a Lesson Package.
  3. Individually paid lessons can be taken as pleased, however lesson times cannot be guaranteed as our ongoing students' schedules take precedence.
  4. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy to reschedule.
  5. If you provide 24-hour notice or more your lesson can be rescheduled within the month, preferably the same week.
  6. We do not have a month-to-month roll over policy, please reschedule properly cancelled lessons within the same month or they will be lost.
  7. If you cancel with less that 24-hour notice, the lesson will be charged.
  8. Lessons can be paid for by cash, check or credit at the barn; we offer online payment and invoicing through Google Checkout and PayPal online.
