At CALIFORNIA RIDING ACADEMY all students, whether beginning or
advanced, are encouraged to develop their personal horsemanship skills.
If your child has never touched a horse, but is horse crazy, we can help them
gain the confidence and skill-set required to safely handle them.
If your child is experienced, we have well-schooled horses and ponies to meet the challenge of their continued riding and horsemanship growth.
With a combined experience of more than 100 years, our team of horse professionals
is well qualified to take your child's riding to the next level.
Our Barn is full of happy, motivated kids who love horses.
Being at the barn with the horses is what they dream about at night.
Our Team provides the kids a healthy environment to which to
develop their love and respect for these beautiful animals.
Our beginning student will learn how to properly handle a horse, not just ride.
Many people can get on a well-trained horse and go, but the key to being a
really good rider is understanding your mount and what makes them tick.
We go into the details of riding and "reading" your mount.
Hands on experience is the only way to learn!
Depending on your child's aspirations, we will tailor a riding program to meet his or her goals. Lesson Prices 2010
1/2 Hour Private Lesson: $75
1 Hour Private Lesson: $100
1 Hour Semi-Private Lesson: $85
1 Hour Group Lesson: $75

Discounts begin when a student regularly rides twice or more per week.
