"Your First Lesson about Horses and Ponies..."
...They do not leave town for vacations or business trips like we do!

The policies outlined below are designed to help us keep a predictable schedule. This is necessary and allows us to properly care for our Horses and Ponies on a daily basis and throughout the year.

  1. Lesson Packages are scheduled and paid for at the first of each month.
  2. Your lesson times are guaranteed when you purchase any Package.
  3. We require a minimum of once a week lessons when buying any Lesson Package.
  4. Individually paid lessons can be taken as pleased, however lesson times cannot be guaranteed as our ongoing students' schedules take precedence.
  5. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy to reschedule.
  6. If you cancel with more than 24-hour notice your lesson must be rescheduled within the month, preferably the same week. We do not have a month-to-month roll over policy.
  7. If you cancel with less that 24-hour notice, the lesson will be charged.
  8. Lessons can be paid for by cash or check at the barn; we offer online payment and invoicing with your Credit Card through Google Checkout and PayPal online.
